This wonderful coffee comes from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, where some of the worlds best coffees are grown and harvested. In addition to the wonderful and bright citrus one might expect from an Ethiopian coffee, we’re getting lots of cocoa, caramel, and vanilla sweetness in cupping.
